Use a configuration only when its pixel pitch, module resolution, scan ratio and driver IC match your hardware. A mismatched file can cause a blank screen, incorrect colors, flicker or abnormal module mapping.

What are Colorlight RCVP RCVBP files?
An RCVP or RCVBP file stores receiving-card parameters for a specific LED module or cabinet. LEDVISION can load the file instead of requiring every receiver-card parameter to be entered manually. Depending on the hardware generation, the file can include module resolution, scan mode, data-group mapping, driver IC, decoding method, color order and related timing settings.
- RCVP: a Colorlight receiving-card parameter file used by many LEDVISION versions and receiver-card generations.
- RCVBP: a receiving-card backup or parameter format used by other Colorlight hardware and software versions.
The two extensions are not automatically interchangeable. Always match the file to the receiving card, LED module and LEDVISION version in use. How to choose the correct configuration file
Check the following specifications on the module label, purchase record or working cabinet before loading a file:
- Rozstaw pikseli: for example P2.5, P3, P3.91, P4, P5, P6, P8 or P10.
- Module resolution: such as 64 x 64, 64 x 32, 32 x 32 or 32 x 16 pixels.
- Scan ratio: for example 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or static scan.
- LED package and environment: indoor or outdoor, including SMD1515, SMD1921, SMD2121, SMD2727 or SMD3535 where specified.
- Driver IC and decoder: examples include MBI5124, MBI5153, ICN2038, ICN2053, SM16159, SM16207 and SUM2017T.
- Receiving-card model and firmware: confirm compatibility with the Colorlight hardware installed in the cabinet.

How to import an RCVP or RCVBP file in LEDVISION
- Connect the control computer to the Colorlight sending device and open LEDVISION.
- Back up the current receiver-card parameters before making any change.
- Open the screen control or receiver-card parameter page. If administrator access is required, see our LEDVISION administrator password guide.
- Choose the option to load receiving-card parameters from a file, then select the matching
.rcvpor.rcvbpplik. - Verify the module width, height, scan ratio, driver IC and data-group mapping before sending the parameters.
- Send the configuration to one receiving card or test cabinet first. Check color order, image mapping, brightness and flicker before applying it to the full screen.
- Save the verified parameters to the receiving cards only after the test is correct.

Can I choose a file using only the LED screen pixel pitch?
No. Pixel pitch alone is not enough. The module resolution, scan ratio, driver IC, data mapping and receiving-card model must also match.
Are RCVP and RCVBP files interchangeable?
Not always. Compatibility depends on the Colorlight receiving-card generation and LEDVISION version. Load only a format supported by your hardware and software.
Why does the downloaded RAR archive require a password?
The shared archives are password-protected. Email [email chroniony] with the file-pack number to request access.
What should I do if the screen displays incorrectly after import?
Stop before applying the file to the entire display, restore the configuration backup and re-check the module resolution, scan ratio, driver IC and data-group mapping. Contact the original screen supplier or our support team if the hardware details are uncertain.
